I wasn’t sure what to think when I got this product, I was just hoping for something more intense to relieve my knots. I have a high quality massage gun which is good but I needed more. This thing did the trick! It works so good and I’m so pleased with it. So easy to use and made my back feel so good. So much pain relief and it’s good quality and durable.

Recommend by my doctor. Very effective for sore muscles. Easy to hold in my small hand, durable & allows me to apply the correct firmness I need. Great design & can travel with me. I bought 3, one in my travel bag & one upstairs/downstairs.

Good product, came on time, well made just a little awkward to use

I have piriformis syndrome. It sucks! I mean really sucks! I bought this so I can massage my own butt without having to ask everyone in my house all the time. "Hey, put your elbow here" - "Hey can I borrow your heel?" - "Are your fingers/hands free right now?"Sometimes when I ask my husband, he's way too eager, thinking it will lead to something. I really just need a butt massage right now. That's it, nothing else 😐.Then I come across this rollerball thing on Amazon. The heavens opened up! Kind of feels cheap, but no biggie. It gets the job done. I can roll my piriformis muscle all by myself! I use it in the AM before I get out of bed. Also do PT, and take magnesium and tumeric. The roller ball is part of my regiment. Really helps to loosen my piriformis.Since they're so inexpensive, I may purchase 4 more just to have around the house. You won't regret purchasing!Update July 14, 2020I ordered a 2nd one because mine randomly goes missing. It's a hot item in my house.

I like to massage my partners back and shoulders often as his job is physically demanding, but I can only really massage him for a few minutes before my hands and fingers get sore. This is a very good alternative when my fingers get tired. It still feels good to have the ball worked deep into your sore muscles, without being so hard on your hands and fingers.My partner hasn't complained about the edges that encase the roller ball, but when he has used it on my back, the harsh edges have scratched my skin, or my skin has gotten caught between the edge and the roller ball causing a pinch, so we just have to be careful not to tilt it too much and keep it very level on the skin.

I purchased this for my mom, and almost got myself one at the same time since it's pretty inexpensive. Kind of really wish I had, but I live alone and this is much much better to use with two people. That's not really due to the product, that's just because some places are hard to reach. The massager is not difficult to hold, but I do wish the base was a little rounder or more comfortable. It's held up great through its use, but we don't use any oils or creams with it which could affect it over time.I don't know what weird magic is in this, but it is splendid. If you can get someone to run it up and down your back muscles, you will probably fall right asleep. It's a very simple contraption, but very effective. It feels soothing to the muscles and really helps relax them.My mother and I both have chronic pain issues, and this has been a great tool for pain relief. I wish they had a smaller version I could use for my hands! It's a little too large for neck pain as well, and probably foot pain, but it's effective for virtually everywhere else. It's especially great for sparing your hands if you want to give someone a back massage or whatever for longer than 3 seconds, but you have sad, pathetic hands like myself. Now no one gets tired hands!

For the price, it gets the job done. I have mild scoliosis in my thoracic spine and I end up getting really tight up in my shoulder blades, shoulders and neck. I need some serious pressure when getting massaged. The harder, the better...and my husband's delicate little girl thumbs can't last more than 10 mins when massaging all my knots out. This definitely helps and feels AHHHH-MAZING when he rolls it up my shoulder blades. The only negative comment I have is when I try to use it in myself, it doesn't roll smoothly. The ball kind if gets stuck. But, all in all, I like it and use it as often as I can make him. :)
