The silicone grips the shirt nicely, but it's only on one side
Rubbish. The silicone grips the shirt nicely, but it's only on one side, so the belt still slides up inside your trousers and ends up showing over the waistband which means you are constantly having to tuck it back in. It's also way overpriced for what it is and the plastic buckle twists.

Does not really work for me. If you are bending over or crouching it appears over the top of you trousers. Not easy to explain!
