Piece is defective.

1) Product is defective. 2 pices stiched. Main and majour defective product. Black colour and size is correct.2) I have ordered another piece. Which received at same time. That is perfect.

Need to improve

The shoulder strap is not at all firm.It goes down which made the product uncomfortable. You need to pull up the strap everytime .backstrap is too tight .It would be good if the manufacturer pays attention to this..Fit wise it is good ,fabric is okay
