This item is very cool. I’ve used it for about a week or so and have noticed a difference in my physique more quickly with doing push ups using this machine as opposed to without. Also, I broke my hand in the past and it hasn’t healed so using the handles protects my hand from ground pressure and provides stability for my wrist.

Easy To use. Keeps the wrists in a neutral position and takes the guesswork out of hand positioning.50+ yo woman, so I'm just working to maintain functional strength and movement. I am also experiencing tendon issues in my right wrist, making this a good option for me.I ordered 2 so I could keep 1 at my sons home (out of state) and not miss my exercises when visiting there. He used it and agreed that it was a sound investment that performs as it is advertised to.

A lot smaller than expected but does what it advertises. My teen said it’s awesome and I believe him because I have zero upper body strength to even attempt to use it.

I love this thing. I keep it in my office at work and every hour I do 10 pushups and change the handle orientation. By the end of the day I’ve done 80 pushups and it’s really helped tone my arms and chest.

I bought mine over a year ago and I could resale it today at it has stayed in great condition. Easy to move the handles but they never move themselves

This is a good idea as far as simple exercise equipment, it lays it out for you so if you want chest, bicep, tricep, shoulder or back workout, it's all there for you..However, 1 unfortunate complaint I have, and it may have just been my board, maybe a manufacturing issue, I'm not sure, but the board, obviously has a left and right side with the foldable part dividing the 2 ends, I noticed the right side of the board was not fitting properly with the handle, the holes weren't lining up but yet, the left side was..So that made it kind of inconvenient but also, I noticed that it is very basic, now I've worked out for quite sometime ( Not that I'm an expert ) but pushups, you have many types: Diamond, Wide, Hand-Chest width, Incline pushups, etc.Each of these pushups have their own benefits: wide pushups gets your shoulders,triceps,biceps but also make your chest wider; whereas Hand-Chest width pushups work the thickness of your chest as well as your biceps,triceps and shoulders.So each pushup type has its benefits, but because this board is very basic, I found it better to do pushups without the board due to more options rather than being limited by the board.Again, I am NOT against or bashing this product it is great for those who want to begin exercises, I think the board is effective but, in my personal opinion and experience, doing 250 pushups a day, I began to use this board and, it wasn't just my type of preference, but I definitely will keep it for traveling or something in the future.

Works when you use it. lol Saves the wrist from carpel tunnel.

Brought this to work use 4 days a week to tighten and strengthen up. Easy to use great product.
