Why did you pick this product vs others?:Really impressed with this camera. The 2K video is super clear, even at night thanks to the Color NightPulse. Setup was easy and the AI person detection actually works well. The spotlight adds extra security too. Feels sturdy and handles rain without issues.

I am having a bad experience with the device. Video quality is good but the feed gets cut off at times. Worked for a few days and then abruptly stoped working. Did a reset and it worked but stopped again in a about a week. I have another brand device in the same network that is working without disruption so unlikely to be a network issue. Should be a software issue I guess but this is a deal breaker.
