Quik Lok QLX/3 Adjustable Second Tier Add-On - Black

Just what you expect from Quik Lok total quality and they have made improvements to earlier designs. Which make more stable and easier to adjust.

Very adjustable and the lock rings provided to attach to the lower stand makes these very solid. You might think these a little expensive compared to similar generic 2nd level extensions but these areLi lterally on another level. Recommended.

Bought two [sets] of these to use on the same stand as I wanted a three-tier stand for a keyboard, DJ controller and a mixer. By design, you're dictated to if your lowest level 'stand tier' is set wide and low for a keyboard and you have smaller devices that you want to stack as it means you have to pitch these 'add-ons' inwards (and you'll most definitely need to use the supplied 'memory locks'). With three tiers... it's fine if you're using this as a permanent set up say, in a studio for example, and with lightweight equipment... but I'm not sure I'd trust this entirely as a repeatable set up on a gig. One add-on for two tiers... yes. Three tier set up? Okay if you don't give it too much work to do.

This product does what its supposed to. It's easy to set up and its secure so adding another keyboard is no problem.

I needed these for an additional keyboard. They are sturdy and fit my existing stand perfectly. However they are less adjustable than I would like and I have had to mess about with my existing rig quite a bit. The arms are not adjustable 'back and forth' although vertical positioning and angle is no problem. Apart from that they work very well and are typically robust :-)

Fatto molto bene, robusto, materiali verniciati bene e duraturi.Ingegnoso perché ti da tutte le regolazioni possibili in altezza e sull angolazione/altezza della tastiera superiore.Unica pecca che i cavalletti non sono tutti con tubi stesso diametro, tant’è che ho dovuto spessorare il mio per poco meno di un millimetro con del silicone solido biadesivo, se avessero fatto l’innesto in modo diverso tipo due spacchi sopra e sotto e una semplice cravatta a stringere in acciaio la cosa sarebbe risolta.Complessivamente regge bene il tutto ed è facile da montare.Amazon impeccabile nella consegna in meno di 24 ore dall acquisto era a casa.

This is a second tier keyboard attachment ,which is what I was looking for. It's strong ,easy to set up, and I like thedifferent heights that I can use.

First of all, this is NOT a microphone stand/attachment as described! LOL The QLX3 is a keyboard attachment to add a 2nd tier to your existing stand. Secondly, QuikLoc as upgraded this item; the QLX3. What is shown is the older version. Allow me to explain; on the newer version of this attachment, the uprights are square, not round as shown in the outdated photo. The newer version has round knobs--as compared to the oval ones shown in this photo. And most importantly, the newer QuikLoc QLX 3 only has three (3) notches for the tilt angle. The one pictured, (the older version) has MANY multiple teeth for basically an unlimited number of tilt angles. I'm giving a rating of 5 stars because this newer version QLX3 2nd tier add-on is VERY well made, VERY sturdy, and VERY strong. I like it alot, as compared to my old one, which was exactly like what is shown in the picture. I've always been a fan of QickLoc, but in my opinion---in recent years their quality has left much to be desired. Seems they might be coming back to the superior quality that QuikLoc had back in the day!
