what a piece of crap. Second use it started spewing out very hot water all over. upon inspection the seal between top and bottom has a hairline crack allowing fluid to come out when heated. AND IT NOT RETURNABLE!. BUT I RAISED HELL AND GOT MY MONEY BACK. Don’t buy this companies products bought a different configuration, wish me luck!

I bought this steamer to address respiratory issues that occur predominantly at night. The Crane steamer has a small footprint that works well on my beside table. It it is extremely easy to refill. Screw the top in or out. There is a reference mark to ensure that it is screwed in properly. It heats up quickly and there is a light to indicate when it is ready for use. Put your face in the mask and steam away. The steam flow is adequate. The only thing I could wish is that the mask were made of softer plastic. The supplied documentation says that the steam should never be handheld when in use. This is my preferred mode of use and I have done it often with little to no leakage. I keep that unit vertical when I do this. I suspect that if it was held at an angle that the leakage would be more noticeable. I would definitely recommend this product.24 hours after this was posted the boiler split from the vapor mask and dumped about a cup of boiling hot water on my thigh. Ouch. Recommendation, use only as instructed by manufacturer.

This product is effective for me and easy to use.

It does help somewhat with congestion. It doesn't steam vigorously like I expected. It's a very subtle steam action but soothing for stuffed sinuses.Easy to use, heats up in a few minutes and steams for about 7 minutes or so once warmed.

I have breathing problems. This really helps

I like the height. Allows me to sit more upright when using this on the desk. I mainly use this for its water vapor rather than for the menthol packets. Last time I was sick, this helped cleared my nostrils, moisten my eyes and soothe my throat. I highly recommend for when you’re sick.

Is this supposed to work when you connect it to an EU adaptor? If not, why dont you tell it people before having them waste their money.Mine is not working, keeps showing blinking red light even though the reservoir is fully filled.
