I have always been skeptical of instant coffee, and have never liked it.But this is phenomenal.Great taste, definitely low acidity (which I was looking for due to acid reflux).Does work great for iced coffee, you just have to mix it up in a little bit of hot water first.Lasts a long time, great value for the cheap price!

I never liked instant coffee, until I tried this brand. It's really good and quite strong. Very dark, nutty and smooth, without being too bitter. It all dissolves quickly and smells absolutely delicious. I usually use Puerto Rican coffee in my drip coffeemaker, but if I don't want to fool with that, I just make a quick cup of this instant. I do use filtered water, since our tap water reeks of chlorine, but that's the only special thing I do to make this.

The coffee tastes very good, and my family recommends it to friends. I'm grateful to be able to find this very mellow, pleasant coffee.But you have to read the value explanation on this page very carefully. When I clicked on the page, the price was telling me about $15 and the title said up to 200 cups, so I purchased at that price. But I had misunderstood - that title was just going to stay the same for all sizes. It meant if YOU change and choose the larger quantity you could make 200 cups. So, it's easy to pay for half the coffee you think you are getting.Also, these are in very thin, delicate tins, and mine are pretty banged up. There's just a paper-thin transparent bag to hold the two tins together and Amazon is shipping in a bag. The transparent bag had damage, too, so this may be shipping damage. Arrangements should be made so that such delicate tins of a food product could have better protection. The tins could be attractive - even reusable or up-cyclable rather than throw-away - if they could get to customers safely.

I really like the taste and freshness with no preparation fuss. This instant coffee really surprised me.

Not close to brewed, but it's definitely got guts -- which most instant coffee doesn't. Recommend if you're in a hurry and lean to "strong." That said, to my taste anyway, Mount Hagen is just as full-bodied, but considerably smoother. Then again, to each his/her own...

Very tasty I like instant since I am lazy and easy to use the microwave sometimes. It does taste like Starbucks. I did use 2 teaspoons as it looked light in color I could have just used the one as I will next time. I have pods that are mold free but this was listed as mold free so I gave it a try.

Update: I'm nearing the end of my first can and I'm sad to say, I'm disappointed. While the can is beautifully designed, I think it not being an airtight container is affecting the coffee. As I'm nearing the very bottom, the coffee is losing its flavor. It doesn't taste as strong as it did when I first opened the can. So I ordered a different brand to try next for comparison.______________________This is really great instant coffee as far as instant coffees go. I'm single, make only one cup of coffee in the morning, and hate polluting landfills with plastic pods, so instant coffee is the way to go for me. I use an extra half of a teaspoon because I like strong coffee. It's definitely low-acid because it does NOT affect my stomach like coffee usually does. I add my mushroom powders in with a little French Vanilla creamer and I am good to go! Has a great little kick of caffeine to get me going too. My only complaint is that I didn't see a decaffeinated version available because that would be really appreciated for an after-dinner cuppa. (And I just love the colorful design of the can!)
