So I bought this to go with my Petkit PuraMax litter box.it's supposed to stick inside of it to the little compartment but there's no proper way to attach it just a sort of command strip type sticker, which I used but after a week it fell off the side and was sitting on the litter.so as it doesn't stick inside I thought I would just stand it on a shelf next to the litterbox, since doing that i noticed that when it's supposed to be spraying out it just sort of dribbles out and i have to pick it up and shake it for it to start spraying out properly.So overall not the best made product on the plus side it smells really nice.-----------UPDATE: Customer service to get this fixed has been second to none!

Great bit of kit. Works great. I also had the problem with the side door not being correct. I would have knocked a star off but Pet Kit customer service were brilliant. Prompt replies and problem sorted.

Please note, the original Pura Max likely doesn't have the correct door to fit the Air Purifier. You will need to contact Customer Service if you need the correct one (currently they will supply the clip version - see image) and there is a charge of around $20, depending on shipping costs to your country. If you argue that this is advertised as fitting the Pura Max and there is no mention of needing to purchase a different side door for the Pura Max, then you might find they waive this additional fee.The Air Purifier itself is good and pairs with your Pura Max so it can be set to freshen at set times and/or as part of the auto cleaning cycle. Knocked off a star for the faff of having to argue to get the correct door from Petkit Customer service.

Works as it should. Gets rid of the cat poop smell so will give it 5*

I had this in my basket for a few weeks and was contemplating buying it and saw it had gone down in price so brought it. I have other PETKIT products which are amazing however this was shocking. Worst £42 ever spent.Firstly it doesn’t have any scent to it, it doesn’t expel much mist in one go. Every time I log on the app it’s always saying disconnected and takes ages to reconnect.The batteries which were provided were all dead, the light doesn’t stay on either. Better of buying a plugin airwick instead.

Great product which does its job well. Removes all Kitty Poo smells without any problem.My husband has stopped complaining about our very old cat becoming housebound!
