Flavor
These bars are incredible tasting š. They are a soft center w lots & lots of yummy nuts on the outside š. They are good for you. They make a wonderful snack. The bars are very filling. I am not hungry after just one bar.

Good tasty bar but a little messy
Our family loves the Honey Stinger Waffles and eats a lot of bars on the go, so we were excited to try these Nut + Seed bars. Overall we really liked the taste and texture of the bars. They were more expensive than bars we typically buy, but we appreciated the real seeds and nuts on the exterior of the bar. Some of these did fall off while eating, making it a bit more messy than we would have liked. However, we typically eat these at outdoor sports, so it is not a big deal, but still something to be aware of. We opted for the Almond Pumpkin Seed flavor and appreciated having the non-peanut option.
