Well packaged.. arrived on time.. looks great and does the job.

The hanger looks lovely but can't hold more than one small towel as both of the fixings broke whilst fitting. They are made of very brittle plastic and there are no spares in the set.

This product is not worthy of any stars. When you pay a premium (3-4x extra compared to lower priced alternatives) for a big brand name, you expect quality. In theory it should be perfect however the ‘male-female’ design for the cover plate and main fixing to wall bracket fix is massively under engineered. One towel, pulls it off the wall. And this was fitted to the wall by a top professional bathroom installer, not me doing diy. Really disappointed that Grohe engineers put their brand and name on this. Sending it back for a refund. Do not buy this product.

Rather disappointed with the quality of the design considering the relative high price and when compared with other Grohe products. In particular, the lower towel rail hanger is made of small gauge steel which is rather flimsy. There’s too much movement in the joint for my liking and seems it will snap given a bit of pressure when feeding though a towel under normal use. I give it a few months to see how it goes, it could be defective manufacturing. If I didn’t have four holes in my tiled bathroom wall, for the fixings, I would have returned it.
