Armaflex Self Seal Pipe Insulation Lagging Black Nitrile Foam Class O 2m-22mm-13mm-Wall

I'm just looking to replace this after installing two winters ago. This product isn't suitable for external areas open to weather. It's rotting and the latter part of winter I had the pipe freeze on me in a section that had rotted right through.Three stars as its easy to install self sealing and I'm sure it works well when not exposed to the elements. In my case an external cold water copper pipe serving a shed.

Excellent product, the seal was very sticky and very strong which bonded well. I used it for an outside boiler drainage pipe and it worked a treat with some waterproof black duct tape for the joins. Easy to cut and manipulate into position and has very good weatherproof properties. Highly recommend this product for external pipes.

Hard to get too excited about foam covering, but this is good quality and reasonably compact. The adhesive is very sticky and care is required to make sure it sticks properly and not skew-whiff - I stuck it down and then rotated it around (which is took a little time as the foam does grip the pipe.Packaging was a bit poor - as it was just stuffed in a box (rather than coiled), as a result some of the backing tape was coming off. This didn't seem to affect the adhesive significantly as I used it almost the instant it arrived.

Excellent piece of lagging, split down the middle and just peel backing off adhesive when in position and stick together. Simple but genius

Fit for the purpose of insulating an outside condensation pipe, to prevent a boiler leaking due to frozen pipe. Perfect solution.

Product is good however somebody has difficulty counting once they run out of fingers - I ordered 12 and received 11.
