Take 3 of these on an empty stomach, and I would pair them with 5gms of creatine. Amazing pumps, and it helps with muscle retention and building as well. This one is very clean and have not experience any side effects. Already on my 4th bottle.

It's been at least 3 months, and I've seen good results from this product. I notice an improvement in my body's endurance, better sleep, and my hands and feet are no longer cold. I waited a while to submit a review, wanting my body to fully absorb and see if I experienced any changes. Very satisfied with the results.
