My old keyboard gave up on me halfway through my research project. I like how mechanical keyboards feel and sound, especially as a literature research associate constantly typing. I was looking for something that would arrive the next day but still have the build quality and sound that would allow me to continue to enjoy the typing process.How good can a somewhat mechanical keyboard from Amazon be? It arrived promptly and was very well packaged, so nothing was broken or out of place. The set-up process took me less than 30 seconds on my Macbook. I like using the wired connection, and it was as simple as plugging it in and pressing four keys, and I was good to go. The build quality is excellent; it is made of plastic but competes with some high-end models I've used. Light enough for me to carry between my office and home in my bag on the tube, but also incredibly sturdy. The highlight of this keyboard? THE SOUND. It's as if the keys have cream under them, which is brilliant. They aren't too thick but have a nice sound that won't annoy others when used in public spaces. The fact the board comes with different switches to tailor the sound to each person is brilliant, too. The RGB lighting is fun and not so bright that it becomes impossible to see the letters/numbers on the keys or so strong that they light up the whole room.This might be the best purchase I have made on AmAmazonin in a long while. First and foremost, this keyboard perfectly meets my expectations. It strikes a balance between being compact yet functional on certain keys, avoiding for the constant use of the FUNCTION key for common keys, and it isn't so large that it dominates the entire desk. Its aesthetic is stunning, making it an ideal choice for white or warm and cozy PC setups.As a fan of minimalist keyboards, I initially chose a 60% model by Royal Kludge. While I was initially satisfied, I soon found myself missing the convenience of dedicated single F keys, Up and down arrows and a couple of other keys. Although they were accessible through the use of the FUNCTION key, this setup proved impractical for certain applications, such as FLIGHT SIMULATOR which i play a lot. This led me to upgrade to a 70% keyboard.EPOMAKER had caught my eye for some time, not only due to their broad range of visually appealing products but also for the tactile feedback and distinctive "thock" sound they produce. This auditory and tactile experience is incredibly satisfying, making typing a delight and inspiring me to write this review.This keyboard offers three modes: Wireless, Bluetooth, and Wired. I already owned a USB-C coiled cable, so switching to this keyboard was seamless. Currently, I am using it wirelessly and have noticed no detectable latency. My wireless mouse complements this setup, maintaining a clean desk space since it's also wireless. I have not yet tested the Bluetooth function, as my primary connections are through Wired and Wireless modes.Upon unboxing, I was greeted with the keyboard, a keyboard protector and several accessories, including a USB-C cable and a keycap puller, which is useful for future keycap customization thanks to its hot-swappable feature.I chose the ICY VEIN switches, and I cannot overstate how stylish, ergonomic, and aesthetically pleasing this keyboard is. I have not tested the RGB modes yet, as the default icy white color complements my setup perfectly and would be my preferred choice regardless. The 80% layout includes an additional rotary knob on the top right, allowing me to easily adjust my PC’s volume. This feature is a convenient addition, enhancing the overall user experience and adding to the keyboard's attractive design.

This keyboard is so good for the price that I am getting a second one for another computer.Rather heavy, solidly built, different connection types.I particularly enjoy typing on this because of the precise and smooth feel and the not-obnoxious sound of the versions with Ice Vein switches.

The keyboard is absolutely fantastic. It feels very premium and nice to touch, I really love the colour scheme and the typing experience is amazing - the individual key sounds are really satisfying. However, the keyboard lacks Linux support for the wireless connection (2.4GHz), but it is still possible to use in Bluetooth mode, hence the 4-star.Still, it is well worth the money and I doubt you can find a better keyboard without spending at least twice as much.

The media could not be loaded. really really lovely high quality keyboard!! switches sound so much nicer than i expected, its a very weighty and high quality feeling board. theres a ton of lighting options & the triconnectivity makes it very versatile. perfect size for my desk. My first mechanical keyboard- will be swapping the caps to a green ombre, theyre super easily removed. comes in nice clean box with a switch remover and cord alongside 2 extra switches. Absolutely reccomend! worth every penny.

The sound is amazing and gives the perfect mix between creamy and thocky sounding, the keys feel smooth when pressing and the aesthetic of it overall is amazing. I’m absolutely in love and highly recommend this keyboard.The sound isn’t fully accurate in the video as my room has a bit of an echo to it, so apologies for that.
