They fit great and work great!

I don't suffer from what would be considered classic incontinence, an inability to control urinary function. I have severe COPD and on oxygen 24/7. At home I might have the need to urinate unexpectedly but I can easily get to the bathroom on time. But out in the wider world I'm restricted to a portable concentrator and that's when things get iffy. Like the other day after loading my groceries in the car I needed to go. And when I need to go I need to go NOW, not 5 minutes from now. With the Depends it's not a problem. I just let it rip. I don't have to worry about leaking at all. AND, the darned things are comfortable to wear, too.

This 92yr old ,165lb guy w/34-inch waistline rates this item above at least two competitive products because it fits well (less bulky), marked front & back nicely, absorbs pee nicely, smells OK at EOD.

Excuse the language, but these have a very snug fit. Decent urine control.

Fit's terrific for a 34 inch waist, 150 lb guy. Durable, easy to pull up and they don't leak. What more could one ask for?

Hey all, got these for my Dad. His waist is about 34"..... he is around 5'5, 180lbs. 80'something years old. Well, these turned out to feel like regular undies for him. He has dementia and it has been hard getting him to use these, but since he can't walk fast enough to get to the bathroom sometimes, we need these. Since using these, he hasn't had an accident so I poured a whole gallon of water and no leaks. I moved them around, did the squeeze test and these are super absorbent. After the gallon, I poured another 16 oz bottle water, and that was too much. I hope this review helps.

We order 2 packs of the mens s-m disposable underwear. or 72. Obviously , it took awhile to use them. They fit nice until we got down further into the package. Then we were finding some were too small, some fit fine. But by the time we found the ones that didn't fit, it was past the return window, so we could not return. I was able to get a partial Amazon credit from Amazon but not from Depends. There is no way we could know, within the return window that some of the pairs we too small. You would have to get the package, take them all out , try them on to know that. So not happy that depends could not refund us. I hesitate to buy them again. The ones that fit work, but how do I know they will all be the right size.
