The shampoo and conditioner are wonderful which is why I ordered it, but upon arrival the conditioner was broken and leaked all throughout the package

This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner, especially when I straighten my hair. I have wavy fine hair naturally and I absolutely love the smell.

I have been using Monat for five years. I've loved it but it's so expensive. I've been trying to find something that I can love just as much without paying the money so I have tried SO MANY brands. I always ended up gong back to Monat, until now. I have only been using this for a week and I LOVE it. I dare say I like it better than Monat. I have been using it for only a week and my hair feels so soft and clean and the shine is next level. I'm super sensitive to scents so the smell isn't my favorite but it's not bad and I think I'll get used to it. I think I FINALLY found something that can replace my other, expensive stuff!

As with some other reviews that I read prior to purchasing, the pumps do not work at all! The only way to get the product out, is to take out the pump and pour it in your hands. And when it arrived, the conditioner had leaked onto the shampoo bottle. Aside from that, I like the shampoo, conditioner and leave in detangling spray. The products have made it easier to get through my hair and I will probably purchase again.

I began using both the shampoo and conditioner several months ago and have noticed that my hair has grown thicker at the base. They’re now both what I reach for every hair wash day and did I mention they smell absolutely amazing?? They’re slightly floral with a fresh scent and a bit of sweetness too.

Lid/pump doesn’t work. Ended up spilling half of the conditioner down shower.

I bought this set of shampoo and conditioner because of the reviews that I've read. However, I am not very satisfied with the results. I think it tangles my hair too much, the shampoo doesn't leave my hair soft like I want it, and it hasn't helped with moisturising. The conditioner isn't any better than my normal conditioner. There are better products out there and I think I will stick to those. The scent of the shampoo and conditioner isn't the best. The quality isn't worth purchasing the product for. My hair is slightly wavy and thin to medium/thin in thickness.

The product is great. I love Hairitage brand. They revitalize my limp damaged hair.The delivery was not so great The box it came in was a little roughed up and had no padding. Some of the conditioner leaked out. Should have been packed more securely.
