Really happy with my purchase, was a bit skeptical ordering as it’s a lot of money to spend and worried about it not working but definitely not the case! Was delivered the day it said it would be. Remote control is easy and compact to use and has a little band to put around your wrist while using. Appearance of the machine is really nice and looks of high quality. I’ve only gone up to speed 4 so far as I’m still getting used to it but even then I would say it’s a fast paced walk and definitely gets your body working. Versatility of it is brilliant! You can see the distance you’ve walked , calories you’ve burnt , the speed you’re on and the time spent on it. You can download an app as well which gives you all the statistics and time spent on the machine. Really recommend

CITYSPORTS do not respond to emails, they offer a 12 month warranty treadmill stopped working after 6 months but CITYSPORTS can not be contacted email just ignored. It is ironic that I received an email yesterday from Amazon 'Stay alert about the latest scams' yet Amazon take payment from there customers on behalf of a company like CITYSPORTS who are allowed to sell on there platform. I will be reporting CITYSPORTS to Trading Standards they do not honor warranties, electrical smell which could be a fire hazard and offer no customer service I know they will not be able to help with the warranty.

I am very happy with my purchase. I live in Scotland, the weather prevents me of getting out and walking! Therefore I bought this beautiful machine. Sturdy, no need to assemble it, get it out of the box, plug in and start walking at your own pace. Delivered on time. I will buy again from this company. Thanks 😊

We got this for the spare room in an effort to get fit. Works well and is easy to get going, but it is quite loud when it is just on the carpeted floor. Would be better with a thick rug or mat underneath.Also maybe put it near a wall if you’re not good with balance, as it has no hand rails to hold onto.

After researching many walking pads I opted to try this one and it hasn’t disappointed!Delivered quickly and packaged very well!Easy to set up and very quiet when on. Two wheels underneath for easy transportation.Great product would recommend.

only a few months old has been cleaned and maintained regularly and only used 3 times per week yet it has burnt out and caused an electrical surge which turned off all the electrics in my house.Emailed the company many times but received no reply, don’t bother
