Lovely product. Expensive but does the job. Makes only a little noise. The base and unit are very heavy, so it’s a struggle taking it up and down the stairs. But other than that it’s great. Cleans really well. Mapping is a little clunky but seems to have worked itself out now. Charge lasts a while.

The media could not be loaded. Really happy with this robot from Ecovacs. It does vacuum the carpets really well and also mop-washes laminated floor/floor tiles. It also auto-refills with water and its self-drying the mop pads at the end.. We have another Roborock robot that we use in the house and in comparison this Ecovacs does a better job overall at mop-washing the floor. Carpet-wise it also avoids objects (such as charger cables) which is a plus. If budget allows given that its flagship at the moment, I would recommend it.

These clothes are great and easy to wash. I'm thinking of buying another pack. Does what it should well.

Pros:- Mapping itself out- Still finding paths if you move furniture around- Doesn't eat cables- Mops / Vacuums well- Has one brush that comes a bit out of the robot to reach corners- Can go over quite big door stepsCons:- The station is not small, but not an issue if you have a storage space for it- There is some noise when vacuuming. Is not the most silent robotConclusion:I would give it 6 stars if I could, is just amazing what the technology reached and now I don't need to vacuum and mop anymore in my house

Update**After receiving faulty product i talked to ecovacs team at AmazonI really appreciate the customer services of Ecovacs from Amazon they really dealt with the problem professionally and replace the robot with the new Robot , previously received the faulty product and now the robot is finally working fine , mapped the house Quickly and no more banging into things

Sono contenta di averli trovati su Amazon ad un ottimo prezzo. Chiaramente li ho presi per scorta e non li ho ancora utilizzati, il robot ha 2 settimane di vita

Le lot de sac est parfaitement conçu pour mon aspirateur, j’avais essayé d’autres modèles qui avaient tendance à ce décrocher à l’intérieur certains même ce déchiré. Ceux-ci s’enclenche bien dans le trou , ils sont solides et bien épais . Le prix est correct au vus de la qualité et ils durent longtemps. Je suis satisfait 😌

Les sacs se placent parfaitement à mon aspirateur (ils ne se détachent pas comparé à d'autres), ils sont épais et d'une grande capacité de stockage de la poussière, un produit de grande qualité. La boite contient 3 sacs doc je suis tranquille pour un long moment, c'est parfait !
