My body is super sensitive to sodium, so I have to be very careful with what I eat. Very happy to have a healthier alternative to quick and easy ramen noodles for long pack trips. Using packets of good quality bone broth replaces the seasoning packets and is still fairly gentle on the budget. Good stuff!

Tasty ramen noodles without all the fat, and with fewer calories! High in fiber too, which is a nice bonus, and no additives so the person in my house with a food allergy can also eat them.The texture is just like the instant ramen noodles that come in packets, and though they aren't quite as rich and savory due to not being fried, they are still delicious. Just get one of those big bags of ramen seasoning, add some veggies and maybe an egg, and you have a tasty, healthy, quick meal.

I'm not a fan of the texture or taste of these noodles. Plus they foam up the water when I boil them. But for my first foray into healthier ramen, I'm glad I got them.
