I broke my femur last year and was specifically looking for a good quality scooter with great suspension and big tyres while still staying within budget. I have rode on countless scooters all varying in price, and I have to say that this is by far the best scooter I have ever rode on, in this price category. It is reliable, it has a great battery which allows you to go on long rides without having to worry about running out of charge. The speed is more than enough and extremely responsive, at full charge on a straight road I reach over 40 kph weighing around 72 kg. The smoothness of the ride is unmatchable, it has great suspension and the standing platform is quite high off the ground which allows it to clear bumps, stairs and other obstacles. The frame is one of the strongest frames I have seen on the market, it is sturdy and gives you a sense of stability. The braking system is amazing, it is responsive and has a break lever for the front and back, so that you don't have to step down on a manual brake for the back wheel. The LED Heads-up display is clear and very user friendly if you want to change any of the settings. The scooter can be set up to start with or without a push (I prefer the push start as it saves battery and gets the momentum going avoiding any surprise starts when pushing around the scooter in unrideable areas.) If upgrading and modifying the scooter is your forte, then this is definitely a good scooter for you. It is super easy to modify and the parts are always available at any of your Kugoo shops near you. You can change your tyres from the standard version to a more offroad type, or if you want more comfortability you can get a wider street tyre, increasing the smoothness of the ride and giving you a greater stability as they are a little wider. The handle bars can be replaced with different colours and so can the steering column giving it a unique look. Extensions can be added to increase the steering bar height, which I have done as it gives me more control. Overall, this is an amazing scooter which has exceeded my expectations and has truly made my life a lot more easier. It is the best value for money in this price range. It is not a toy, it is suitable to be a daily commuter, definitely not for anyone under the age of 16.

At the beginning, when I bought the scooter, I had a small issue with the alignment of the steering wheel, nothing serious, just I was not able to fix it by myself.So I contacted the center, they fixed it everything in 5 min and gave me more informations and insights to use the scooter at its full potential. Excellent customer service and experience.Apart from this, the scooter is amazing for its speed, versatility and long range battery life. I have to say that value for money is the best I could ever imagine and expect.I highly recommend this product. Thanks 🙏🏻!

If you are buying this for suspension or ride quality like i did, its a bad choice. Suspension is very stiff, you could hardly get the action from springs, Knobby tires also add to the bad ride quality. Digital Readout is very inaccurate in all paramaters like battery level, speed etc. Otherwise a very good scoot for a great price

I tested it 1 week, and I must say that I am surprised! I've read some bad reviews but frankly not disappointed. It goes fast (I weigh 93 kg) the leds are very nice. However, the light at the front does not advance much. Too bad for the night!

I am totally happy with my order from official KUGOO dealer in the UAE represented by seller Escooters1.Before I was using a Xiomi for a distance of 7 -10 km km/day. Now, with this purchase starts also the phase of enjoyment for longer distance and any kind of street surface due to included suspensions. It doesn’t feel anymore like a “shaking parcours”. Definitely, I can’t compare the previous Xiomi from 2019 with the new purchase, it is totally different brand and e-scooter category. There is no such comparison. This purchase is more about comfort, safety and enjoyment. It’s a bit heavy in carrying it and requires more effort for any kind of stairs, as it is bigger as well. Also with full charge between 30-45 km depending on your riding gear, stops, environment surface and weather/temperature/wind/humidity.I want to highlight the dedicated support of the owner due to his business professionalism.Once the e-scooter has been delivered - one hardshell cover for the rear tire was damaged due to Amazon transport . As soon as I’ve reached out to him and described the current delivery situation incl. pics - he immediately offered to exchange the entire scooter and since then, following up regularly how my entire riding experience with the e-scooter is running. The price is definitely a bit higher as usual “comparative” competitors but the customer service is definitely a plus and safety feeling. Their shop is available during the week. You can visit for maintenance from time to time depending on your km and aging process.A friend is riding the same model since 2021 and for more than 3,500 km. It's my second scooter of the same model. Unfortunately, the first one was stolen, and I ordered the same model. It is perfect for the city: it is quite powerful, can go long distances, and is not extremely heavy. It easily goes up to the bridges and along the road.Also, it's great to buy from the official Kugoo dealer in UAE, escooters1. They provide perfect and fast service. Great team. I faced a small issue on my scooter, and the escooters1 team fixed it very fast; they were super friendly.
