Great product and service
Great product. Installation was timely. Had problems due to metal door but the technician who came for installation understand the problem and gave a prompt service. Lock security is good and features are extensive for all needs.

Try to improve your CS! and return process
Terrible product; customer service is bad to worse. Trying to return a product you have to go through calling them and go through full immigration type interview? What?

Really "smart" lock!
Sleek, ergonomic design but sturdy and safe at the same time.The setup process through the app is simple and straightforward.I would recommend getting an Atomberg rep to do the installation. The response time is fast and technicians are well trained and efficient.One improvement area is the backplate setup. It's a screwed plate instead of a slider, which makes changing batteries a little cumbersome. But that is in no way a show-stopper.Highly recommended !
