I like the way it just melts off my makeup from a long day at work, figure about 12 hours long. It doesn’t sting or leave cloudiness if you get to close to your eyes and it just feels so hydrated.

I love this balm. It removes every bit of my makeup including stubborn waterproof mascara, very effective and easy to use. Simply apply to face in circular motions, and wipe off with a warm, wet wash cloth. It leaves my skin soft and the price is great compared to some higher end brands.

I am a 55-year-old Caucasian female with very dry skin, and I have used a bazillion lines of cleansers, I absolutely love this make-up remover, and I can use it to remove my eye make-up, and I have extremely sensitive eyes. I highly recommend this product, a little goes a long way!!

Half the price of others, fragrance free and effective in removing all makeup, even waterproof. Leaves the skin soft. If you love the other pricey one, you will love this one too.

This container is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to open when you want to use it. It’s like it’s glued shut. Don’t know if it’s the design or something’s wrong with my container but it’s just so difficult. The product is fine, but I wouldn’t choose it over any other cleansing balm. Removes waterproof eye makeup
