Amazon basics is fraud
Very bad product don't go for Amazon basics products. All product are damaged and no warranty given on the product... Without solving the problems in the power bank warranty ticket was closed with no specific reason... Bad , very bad experience...Go for good companies, amzon basic is fraud.

Damaged and please do replacement this.
Don't go for this, they send damaged and 2nd hand condition. And replacement also don't work, because they don't accept the damaged commodity. I request please resolve this thing.
