Women’s Anime cosplay costume Maid outfit Lolita Dress (M)

13yo daughter wanted this style dress for Xmas. I had probably looked at 50 similar dresses when she sent me the link to this one on Amazon. The price was mid range and reviews were decent, so I went with it. Really glad I did! The quality is much better than I expected. The accessories are a little cheap looking, but not the dress...very nice fabric and beautifully sewn. I'd say it's true to size. She's about 5'4" 115lbs I got her a M, but definitely could have sized down since she's small in the bust.

Pretty good and fit perfectly, but when I checked the tags it was a Large, I had ordered medium but I guess I got lucky. There’s no instructions so you’re kinda on your own to figure out what and how to wear it, but I did understand it so I’m happy with it!Would but again but worried I’d get a size that won’t fit if I put large

I typically have a hard time finding costumes that fit me, but this one surprised me! It fits around the chest and hips but isn’t too baggy around the waist. The fabric is what you’d expect for a $40 costume, but it still looks nice. I’ll still have to do a few alterations (mainly around the chest, the straps on the top, neck piece, and waist) but I’m already impressed by the quality. I’m usually between a small and a medium, and the medium fits me well :)

I’d suggest getting one to two sizes bigger than you normally wear, my boobs (36 DD) didn’t fit at all and I got a Large which normally fits me perfectly

Not at all like the picture!! Sleeves are awkward and the dress makes you look pregnant with how wide and awkward the torso size and placement is!! Sleeves are awkward and fall off and the black part of them are just ribbons. The white ribbons for the design aren’t even white. They’re a weird cream grey color. On top of that they are fraying have holes and a few arrive ripped. The neck piece has a cheap little crooked bow. The bodice part for the chest is see-through and looks nothing like the picture!! And the head band is ugly!!! Sleeves are the only accurate part except the elastic is fraying!!

I bought this for my teenager to have for her growing collection of costumes and cosplay. I was surprised at how well made the outfit was. She loved it and it fit pretty much spot on. I may have bought her a medium. I remember reading the reviews and finding out how true to size the outfit runs. She wears a US junior size 1 in a lot of things if that helps anyone. My only complaint was the headband decoration came unglued the first day, but we didn't even know it came with that when purchased. The important part of the costume is well made and she didn't complain about any discomfort.

I am 5'4 120lb and I got a size large. it fits well but is just a little big on the straps and on the chest. I love it tho and it's great for my rem cosplay.
