This little dumb phone is as basic as one can be. Outstanding battery life. Functions - Very easy to navigate as the system prompts the user at every stage of a given task. Rapid connectivity. I also recently purchased an Artfone G6 4G Flip Phone. Based on these 2 purchases I can say that Artfone basic senior 'dumb' phones out perform the big premium brand names that I've consistently been disappointed with the last few years. Most pleased with my purchase !

Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't. I might end up returning this because the point of buying this was a WORKING phone. Not a sometimes acting phone. :(I feel like this took forever to ship (ordered 4/5. Received 4/21), but it got here a day early. I read in the comments that this phone isn't compatible with T Mobile. I'll tell you now that it isn't compatible with AT& T either. ( And don't let them try to sell you anything you don't want.)I just called Consumer Cellular, read them the IMEI number that's located on the back of the phone ( make sure the battery is out first), and this phone IS INDEED compatible with their service!! Now, they'll have to send you out a SIM card, but she said it should be here within 3-5 days. Their prices are great too!The phone is light, but my 75 year old Mom is excited about it and with the big buttons, Ithink she'll be just fine with this.I wanted to pass on this info for anyone looking at purchasing this phone. I'm giving it a 4 right now because we have to see how well it works when the SIM card gets here.Thank you!

This did not work at all I fully charged overnight and as soon as taking off charger it turned off and could not it turn on. I put back on charger and it went to empty battery and started to charge all over again I tried numerous times and it did the same thing. I triple checked on the installation of battery and anything I could try without success so I returned the product. My experience with this was awful as I could not get it to turn on.

This truly is a simple phone. If that’s what you’re looking for and you can find a service that doesn’t require 4G LTE, then this will work great for you. I bought this with the intention of using with Mint Mobile or T-mobile like it advertises, then you will be out of luck. I tried to activate the sim with this phone and was told they are not compatible with their network. That being said, it truly has nice big buttons and is incredibly basic, so I am bummed this didn’t work out.

Bought for my 86yr old dad. Simple to use. Big numbers. So glad that I got for him. Other phones are just too hard to use.

The phone is just what we needed for my 97 years old mom. The only problem is she doesn’t know military time. And I can’t put a life of me figure out how to get on regular time. Other than that, there is no problem. It holds a charge wonderfully will recommend it if you know how to read military time.
