I take melatonin regularly but still wake up a lot, so wanted to try something different. The taste is like chocolate water, but improved with the creamer packet sample. I slept very well! But here’s the thing, I could not get up the next day. I was so very tired, dragging and sleeping past the time I would normally get up. I cant afford to be like that. I like the health benefits of the mushrooms, but with the cost, the taste requiring additional products to enhance the flavor and the grogginess the next day, I don’t know for sure if this will be a repeat purchase or continued use.

Tastes good and helps me sleep, along with hemp gummies, GABA, and a sleeping pill. I use a few drops of clear stevia in it, which I think it needs to taste right. Wouldn’t be enough on its own for a good night sleep but I like that it has all the mushrooms in it and I think it does help me winds down some.
