a few squirts of this in water is an excellent digestive aid. it lasts forever and the quality is top-notch. more effective than ginger candies for this use. It's been a life-changer for me. I have been purchasing from this brand (mostly Echinacea Extract) for over 10 years and have always been pleased with results. This is the second time I am purchasing Ginger Extract from this brand. When I have been exposed to illness, feel like I am getting sick or am fighting something, I take about 5 drops of this extract in about 1-2 ounces of water. I also mix in Echinacea Extract and Licorice Extract (from the same brand) in the same water glass. If I start taking this extract when I feel like I am getting sick, I feel like it has always helped me by boosting my immunity and helping me to fight whatever I was exposed to.My Immunity Boosting Bomb Recipe:Ingredients1 tbsp elderberry syrup or elderberry extract1 tsp honey (can sub maple syrup)30 drops echinacea extract5 drops ginger extract5-10 drops licorice extract1 ounce of water (warm or cold, depending on your preference)DirectionsMix ingredients in a cup.Drink 2-3 times a day when exposed to illnesses or when sick.The Ginger Extract is very strong in flavor. I recommend starting off with a few drops. Even 10 drops is too much of a taste (bitter) for me.Ginger Extract is also good if you have a sore throat or any GI issues.I would purchase this product again. I put this in my peppermint tea with turmeric. I have IBS and it helps with the bloating of my stomach.

Tried this little bottle before buying the bigger one. Used several times a day at first and believe it caused increased mental clarity. Got the bigger one once this was empty.

There are no words to express how much I 💓💖💗 this product!I was involved in a crash with a tow truck. I was left with many injuries including blown out discs in my neck, lower and middle back.
