BUYER BEWARE!! THIS PRODUCT IS GARBAGE. IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER TWO WEEKS! Going to try and get a refund.I'm FORCED TO GIVE IT ONE STAR, WHAT A JOKE, IN ORDER FOR MY REVIEW TO GET PROCESSED?!

Fine, but gets hot.
This product charges my laptop fine, but if I charge it from a dead battery, by the time it is around 75% charged the charger gets incredibly hot and the light starts flashing and stops charging. I have to promptly remove it, let it cool, and then plug it back in to finish charging. Not sure if that is supposed to happen.

Good Service
Had trouble with the original product. EBK supplied great support. The cord was replaced promptly at no further cost to me. The new cord is working well.

only works on the main port
The charger feels significantly lighter than the original charger. I had problems with the the computer recognizing the wire. have to unplug and re-plug it several times in order for it to completely charger my dell XPS 2 in 1

PRODUCT was just as described and excellent. Delivery was amazingly speedy! A MUST get if you are looking for a Dell power supply charger.
