ORGANIC INDEED
Most organic items have an acquired taste and/or taste bland. This of course was bland but wasn't bad, and I've gotten use to it. I would repurchase or recommend.

It is my favorite cottage cheese.
In my opinion it is the best cottage cheese. It is always fresh, does not liquify and tastes great. I always order two at a time. I snack on this cottage cheese with Dole pineapple chunks. Makes for a great satisfying treat.

Best I have found.
Try and purchase as many organic products as possible. Although they are a bit more expensive than non-organic products, Horizon is the best one I have found. Must try their sour cream as well. Texture is more superior.
