This is literally my first Amazon review. I'm not a bot. You can check fakespot.com. Yes, this is way overpriced for what it is, however it is seemed like the only reputable guard protector available for my specific vehicle so I went ahead and ordered (in spite of the fact that I had read the lowest rated review which warned that the screws do not fit). Specifically, part ASG-13041 (screw) does not screw properly into part ASG-13042 (plastic piece that holds the long tension rods that connect to the floor of the car). When you try to screw the screw into the plastic part it is extremely difficult and does not screw in all the way to secure the plastic part without movement. Either the screw is incorrect or the plastic part has not be pre-drilled correctly. Also, because it's so hard to get the screw screwed in the head of the screw strips immediately. I found the telephone number for Travall and when I asked for product support the receptionist hung up on me. It's really strange that this one part is so poorly made. The rest seems to be built mostly well. Until they fix this issue I would look elsewhere. Customer service non-existent, except for a generic email form on their site. Helps if you buy your own screws and pre-drill first. Returned.

Great fit! Looks like it’s factory. I do recommend paying super carefully attention to the instructions and be super general when you tighten the bolts

Good quality product although it doesn't completely fit 2019 CX-5. The harness cables don't fit this model year.

I returned this items because the screws it came with did not fit the components to put it together. For the price, I thought this was a big miss for this company. Disappointed, but it may have just been my specific unit...though I have read a few other reviewers that had problems with the screws that were included as well. ??

This is great and very sturdy. Perfect for keeping my pup contained to the back of the car. The installation was somewhat easy. I was able to do it by myself within about 20 minutes. I knocked one star off because some of the screws didn't screw in properly, almost like they were the wrong size. Then they just ended up stripped and some are a bit loose still. Overall the guard as a whole still works without any rickety noises, but just something I feel the company should know.

I was apprehensive about purchasing this to contain my three cats to the back of the car. With this in place, I didn’t worry about them getting out. They tried! Have to now say it’s cat tug proof and chew proof. Lol! I also installed The Noogle to feed air conditioned air to them to add to their comfort. Look it up, great for traveling with pets! Both great products 🙂

It fit my 2020 Mazda CX-5 perfectly. It was a little tricky using the instructions supplied. I went to YouTube to figure it out. A bit expensive but Very happy.

Fits quite well, but fiddly to install, particularly the rods which stiffen the guard by attaching to the rear seat mounts - the screws which connect these to the guard steadfastly refused to go fully into the plastic inserts to the point that the cross pieces on the screw heads started to wear. You have to remove both the boot cover and insert (fiddly if you have the Bose amplifier system in the boot, as is the case on my Mazda cx-5), and then tighten the rods by hand. I can foresee that these will need regular checking, as there are no anti-vibration washers or similar to prevent them loosening over time. Overall, it's sturdy, but I'm not convinced it's £135 worth of kit.

Schlechte Abwicklung bei der Rückerstattung. Artikel wurde am 17.03.2023 von DHL unbeschädigt übernommen und am 21.03.2023 zugestellt. Bisher noch keine Rückmeldung vom Verkäufer.
