If you look deeper you will find that the capacity of the battery depends on the voltage. So a lower voltage will show a higher capacity mah number but at higher voltages that number will drop. As in 10000mah is at 3.8 volts and at 5 volts that capacity becomes like 7000 mah and then you have conversion loss and such which drops it even more. After using like 4 others this is the first one that performed half way decently.. Even though it does not have the 9V and 12V QC2/QC3 charging modes.But it does charge at 2A as well as recharging at 2A. This is still not as fast as the wall charger with 12V and 9V QC2/QC3 modes. So in essence you get to like 80% charging in an hour which is not much longer than the wall charger, 10W v/s 15W.All the other chargers never exceeded 1A in any modes no matter what. And it all depends on the charger as well the charging modes of the phones. But the 2A makes a huge difference since it charges the phone much faster than you think since if you are using the phone, 1A will not charge the battery much in real time so it will take hours to charge it. But at 2A it will charge the phone in real time much faster than you think as thats enough current to power the phone and charge the battery.The Mi power bank says it has real 9V/12V charging modes but I have not tested it so maybe thats better.. But this one is twice as thick as some of the other 10000mah bricks and also weighs more. But in reality it also does charge a 3000mah phone at least twice easily which none of the others have been able to do. The bright lights are distracting and does look spiffy but why do you want attention? Then everyone else wants to use your power bank to charge their phone. You can turn off the light by pressing the button for 2 seconds thoughupdate... The power bank developed a bulge and and that usually means the battery is going bad and gas is being formed which can cause it to explode or catch fire so I was nervous..SO carefully I opened the top which was much harder than opening most anything. And what I found was that the unit was well made. The lights use the same technique as the back lighting o your phone. Which was held on to of the battery using double sided ape. The other wise was also held by some other sticky tape. Over all it was far better than any other power bank and as good as a hard drive.Some things I noticed was that it used 2 5000mah batteries instead of a single 10,000 mAh one. The 10k power bank I got went bad after a few charges and I opened the battery up which is dangerous unless you know what you are doing to find that the battery itself was damaged during manufacture. This caused a short which drained the battery even if you did not use the charger in a few days. The 2 batteries used in parallel should mean it can charge and discharge twice as fast but since you can charge these batteries at 1C which is 5000mah you dont have a charger that works at those levels anyway even with a single battery you are still only charging it at 1/2C using a 2A charger so for 2 batteries you are still only charging the battery at a 1/4 of its rated charging capacity.Also I was glad to see that the battery was not bulging. It was the case which bulged due to heat from being out in the sun too long. The cover is rather delicate on this uses a tight lid to prevent light leakage due to the fancy logo on top. Now light leaks from all joints because I opened it. But I feel relief tat the battery itself is fine. Remember the samsung fiasco where its battery would catch fire? I have seen how fast these lithium batteries catch fire. Its been many months now and it has bee working just fine until now. Since the battery looks find it should work fine for some time yet.

It is good in quality and Charge my iPhone 7 almost 4 times when it is full charged. Its charging time is long. Takes whole night to charge.

I got this product a week ago. I am very much happy with the quality of the product. Earlier, I had MI power bank and if I compare this product with that one, it is 2x better than mi power bank. One more thing is that it got advanced feature in it of led light, which shows the percentage of charging available in it. Very much impressed with the speed of charging even as it takes only 2 hrs(approx) to charge the phone.. A 10/10 product ! 🙌

Doesn't compete well with other products especially Mi Power Bank.

5months ar over... and it still works the same... charges my Note9 (4000mah) two times.. It charges upto 97%. And then it cannt proceed upto 100%. But its fine... Its a pretty stylish product. I mean the led effect.

Worst worst worst worst.Dont waste your money behind this powerbank. There are lots of good powerbanks are available in this price range.In just 3 months my powerbank giving me a very bad back up when i went to service center hearing the name of ivoomi they started to abusing company and said we dont have time for ivoomi products and when i called to customer care and they said go to some another city if ahmedabad service centers are no giving u a proper answer.

This is one of the best powebanks I have ever purchased! I mean just look at it!The smart LED lights tells you the battery percentage and the power bank isn't that heavy too. It also charges up within 3-4hrs and it even supports quick charging. What else do you expect from a power bankAnd even got it within a day!!Thumbs up to Amazon for that!
