It looks great and is as advertised. Just make sure you know what you're doing when you install it. Either make sure you find studs or you use drywall inserts with the screws otherwise it is heavy enough that it will rip out of the wall if not done correctly.

This brushed nickel hotel towel rack with shelf is one of my favorite additions to our newly remodeled hall bathroom. I can't speak to its ease of assembly or mounting because my contractor installed it, but since it only took him a few minutes, I assume it wasn't a big deal. This is a piece of bathroom hardware that I never knew I needed until after it was installed, and now I can't imagine a bathroom without one! It is such a great organizer, and so handy when positioned next to the tub/shower. As you can see from my pics, it easily holds 4 full-sized, fluffy, folded bath towels. If I shifted them to the side rather than centering them on the rack, I'm sure there would also be room to stack hand towels. I have already found uses for a few of the hooks, which are more versatile than I first thought. I am very pleased with the overall appearance of this product, as the brushed nickel finish looks like it is of nice quality, and it blends in well with all of my other brushed nickel hardware. The design is both attractive and functional, and I think it would work with any style of bathroom decor. Since it has only been installed for a few weeks so far, it is too early to tell whether this product will stand the test of time and high humidity. But for now, it has earned 5 stars from this reviewer, and I will soon be ordering another identical towel rack for our master bath, which is currently being remodeled as well.

Overall the product feels very strong and should last for a very long time.I deducted one star because one of the mounting brackets is not square to the one on the other side. It’s not a major problem though.I’m using it to hold fresh towels like in a hotel... plenty of hooks to hang things on.

It is not often that my wife and I agree on furnishings for the house. However, when I showed her this shelf, she agreed that she really liked like it. We haven't found much use for the hooks nor does it seem that we will in the future but overall the shelf is nice. The shelf is actually lighter than I expected; I thought the tubing might be a little thicker but I suppose that is reflected in the cost. However, it is meant for a few towels and washrags and such, not for doing pull-ups. It is nice and pretty easy to install providing the ideal spot doesn't happen to be right over the vent pipe burried in the wall.

I like having this towel rack outside my shower. It is nice to have fresh towels on top and hang wet towels with hooks that move. It seems sturdy and durable. I am happy I bought it and went through a lot to decide to buy this one.

The two brackets that secure the rack and shelf to the wall are too thin. They flex and distort a little when adding towels to the shelf. Minor alignment issues with the brackets as well (one was not plumb). If the manufacturer would double the thickness of the brackets, that would make for a huge improvement and I would give it five stars.

It does the job it advertises beautifully. I'm thinking about getting another one for my other shower.

Love the shelving, not as HD as I would have expected but will hold towels and robes.
