As good as home made espresso
Just tried these on a whim. I have an Illy espresso maker at home and work and this instant powder does a remarkable job. If I did not know it was instant, I would think I am drinking brewed espresso.

Will buy again
Was skeptical about this but love this brand. For an instant coffee it was very good. Didn’t have the potent espresso taste and is good hot or cold.

Silky powder
I'm a coffee junkie, and I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! In fact, I pour 2 packs into a 12oz cup, and it is creamy and forms a crema on the top. Delicious. I have 2 more packages of 25 in my cart so I don't run out. Inexpensive.

Not anything close to espresso, more like common instant coffee
Nice packaging, easy single packs for easy application, but the taste is lacking the espresso I was hoping for. I won't be reordering.

Excellent taste
Had this in EU as it was in hotel room, and had to order when I returned home. This instant coffee is even better tasting than American drip at home! And easy! Smoothly dissolves too. I use one packet in a normal sized mug for a regular cup of coffee. With less water I'm sure it would be more like a normal expresso. Works fine in a microwave, heated with the water or added after.

Good coffee, bad delivery
Amazon delivered a box opened at the seams (perforated seal was still intact), short one of the coffee packets (it contained 24 instead of 25). The package had been crushed during handling, not shipping, as the missing packet was nowhere to be found in the shipping bag.I regularly purchase Jacob’s instant coffee in the larger jars. The coffee is good and I purchased these packets for travel. I’m giving three stars for Amazon’s sloppy handling, and will not purchase this product again.

Good but .......
While I like the crema on top of the coffee, it just lacks the aroma and fragrance that espresso coffee is known for. It is convenient to make but do not over dilute it. German coffee, especially, espresso is not what Germans are famous for. Italy is the place to get this kind of product, even the name is Italian, espresso. Perhaps Amazon will have a supplier who imports instant espresso coffee from Italy soon. I guess it is my wishful thinking.
