Disappointing condition
Terrible packaging! Just 2 layers of cling film and some 'fragile' tape which ensured the damaging of the container during transit! The container had also leaked during transit but thankfully, it doesn't seem to be a lot.Also, both the bottle and label are completely different compared to the photo shown in the item listing.I've not used the rinse aid yet but have loaded it into my machine. Smells OK.

Nice shiny plates, glasses and cutlery when this product is used in our household (Miele) dishwasher.

Has been great for our dishwasher which is put on around three times a day

Don't buy it.
The rinse aid light comes on every 3rd wash and my dishes don't get clean after 1 wash using this product. This product doesn't work.
