Be Smart Get Prepared SILVEX Wound Gel

I keep one tube in the kitchen for minor burns from grease splatters. It is not greasy at all. I did notice that the burn pain was significantly less than without the gel.I recommend this gel - keep some in your kitchen always!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works Great ! Deep cut on face noticed it was healing on first day. Small tube you just need a lil bit it goes on smooth worth it would buy again to have on hand.

It works. It actually heals the qound and doesn't allow it to scab. I had to use two tubes as I heal very slowly. It's good quality and it works. It's small, but as little goes a long way. Have a cotton swab ready to help spread it on your wound. Even though it's small in size, it's a good value for the money. I can't say it did a whole lot for pain relief though.

Not big enough for the price

I’m an RN/FNP and needed something stronger than Mupirocin antibiotic cream for my daughter. She got a nasty rash on her legs & bum after an outdoor sports camp this summer. I’m pretty sure it was impetigo. After 3-4 days of using this cream it’s about 70% healed. I would definitely recommend keeping this one in the first aid kit!!

It's rare to find something that lives up to the hype

This is a good product. The downside is the tube is very small. Very high price. I switched to another brand after the first tube.

This gel has helped but not as I had hoped for on bed sores on my family member.
