Q: Will my 15lb fat cat fit in this???

Definitely! Both of my cats are about 18 lbs, and they both fit in their separate lounges.

Q: What is the difference between the orginal scratch lounger and the scratch lounger ii?

I've bought both. The scratch lounger ii is much thinner & you can't reverse the floor to use both sides. The cardboard doesn't seem to be glued together as tightly as it is with the original one. The original lasts my cat about 3 months before it's fully shredded. The ii lasted less than 3 weeks. The ii also made a much bigger mess. My cat was tearing out big chunks of the cardboard. I wouldn't recommend the ii version.. at all.

Q: Is there a replacement for the scratch pad ?

Yes, you can buy replacement Scratch Lounge Floor refills or side refills on Amazon.com. Note, you can flip over the one you have, so that you get 2x the use before needing to buy a replacement.

Q: Are the sides available to purchase as refills? (I know the bottom is)
