Safariland, 7378, ALS Concealment Paddle and Belt Loop Combo Holster, Left Hand

Fits as expected, with 2 belt attachment options: belt slide (1.5" - 1.75") and paddle. Paddle for more comfort, belt slide for more sturdier hold on the belt; but each to their own. The switching of belt options with the allen key were very user friendly, compared to the 5.11 Thumbdrive holster. The ALS is easy to learn by continuously drawing from the holster to ensure good muscle memory and to ensure that there are no issues with drawing from the holster. At this time, the holster works fine.

Used with my Glock 19. Very smooth operation and very comfortable to wear and fits the gun perfectly. I have been using a Blackhawk Serpa for a few years, and really liked it. I like this better. It seems to ride in a better position and conceals a bit better. It's also the same ALS platform as my duty holster. Keeping that consistent was important to me. Overall I give it 5 stars for fit, comfort, ease of use, concealment and quality.

Not a LEO, just an average citizen who occasionally trains with an OWB holster. I went from a 6378 to this for my Glock 19 - and this feels superior in every conceivable way. For me, this is the perfect holster. Easy recommend.

I’ve been using the sticky holsters for awhile so I wanted to try an OWB holster. After trying several and having to send some back this is the one. I wanted something with a lock and was a bit apprehensive at first but after a couple of draws it’s really nice and smooth and took very little time to learn the best way to draw. I’m carrying a Glock 43 and it fits perfectly. Time to get one for my XD-S

A super solid product! I have had a chance to run it on the range to get use to the ALS and I have to say it was very smooth to get that muscle memory. The weapon drops right into the holster with zero effort and locks every time! I changed the paddle and the belt loop out to a Tek-lock (from blade tech) it works wonderfully. the paddle seemed a bit flimsy (I didn't run the paddle for any real length of time) and the belt attachment that came with it was not big enough to fit my 2" belt. The tek-lock (blade Tech) had no problems screwing into the holster and really makes the holster a complete package. nice setup that won't break the bank

Very happy with this holster. Definitely not that comfortable while sitting, but that’s not important to me with my job. Paddle really held on well to my belt. Great for my needs.

It's a safariland holster that fits. I couldn't ask for more.
