The first one I received was not taking a charge. Returned that one and ordered another and it works great! First one was probably just one off. Easy to install. Small screw driver and plastic prying tool worked well for installation.

My son installed it, and now my lap top charges as it should. So far it has been great! Good value as long as it holds up, and I expect it will. Thank you!

This is an update/supplement to the first review of a battery purchased from this seller, which follows below. I subsequently purchased another one in the hope that the first unit was an unlucky outlier. NOPE! The second battery has failed after only 5 days and about 5 charge discharge cycles! The terrible experience is reproducible (thankful for Amazon's 30 day warranty). In conclusion, AVOID, because what I want is a good battery, not a good seller (see following)--->This battery worked fine when it arrived,, and was actually slightly better than OEM internal Lenovo. It worked perfectly for a while, but ....After 31 charge/discharge cycles according to the Lenovo Vantage diagnostic log- it died....the capacity dropped from 24+ Wh to 7Wh after only a month of light use (31 cycles).Terrible product.Immediately after I sent a note about this situation, the seller refunded the purchase price. I asked whether it was likely this battery was an outlier, and whether there was a better, more reliable one he could send- since the further correspondence with the seller ,, about a week ago, there still has been no answer.Unless there is some mitigating explanation, I would not purchase another battery from this source.

Easy install

Lasted about 17 months. From Day 1 it listed capacity much lower than advertised, but it worked and got us through over a year. Extended the life of an older laptop.

Goo seller, good packing and perfect buy

The battery I received is supposedly designed for 24wh, which is what it says it's designed for on the battery status page on my computer. But, even after several calibrations, discharging and charging, it's maxing out around 17wh.I'm giving 2 stars, since it's kinda sorta "functioning", meaning it's somewhat holding a charge even though it's less than the designed charge, and that's better than nothing, but it's not as advertised, and already much less so I don't know for how much longer it will hold any charge.

Disappointed. After installation, wear level as reported by HWinfo was 0%, which indicates new. But, after a couple days and cycles of the internal battery, the capacity dropped from 24W to 17W. Will see if it drops more. If it does, will return as defective.
