Cord has stayed untangled ,that’s the good bit .The compromise is that the anti tangle bit crackles if it turns while on the phone,

Ordered as company IT department was going to take weeks. Cane next day. Clear reception and anti twist makes all the difference. Been using for a couple off weeks on a handset that is in constant use. No issues so far.

when I first started using this it was great - no tangles and sound quality clear!After 2 weeks the sound quality is completely unusable - works great in short term but absolutely does not last, don’t waste your money on this one, invest in a better quality one

The cord quality is great. However, the detangler developed a crackle after 2 weeks... Then started cutting out. So I had to remove it.
