I was quite moody, especially with 6 kids surrounding me all the time. I home-school them. I could tell this helped a lot pretty quick. I don't drink coffee, y'all so this is definitely something I would order again. Only negative is that the capsules are huge and hard to swallow.

I like the packaging and these is almost no taste. These are easy to swallow and no heartburn after.

The color and quality of this product is not as pure or potent as "Planetary Herbals" or "best naturals"... it has markedly lighter color. I won't order again.

This stuff is awesome! It's the only thing I've been able to use that actually makes me go to sleep. I don't think I could get through the week without these things. The taste is just like regular, sweet basil. You do taste it a bit as you swallow, but you do not burp it up later. That's appreciated. The smell when you open the bottle is lovely.ETA: I've been using these for a few years now, and they're still great. They're definitely worth the purchase!
