I bought this chair for office use and when it arrived I came to realise that when it’s in the laying back position, it was too low for me.I was so GUTTED! It was the perfect height when in the sitting position and I was so satisfied with the good quality material used. plus the chair was so comfortable I didn’t want to get off it. So I was very unfortunate that it didn’t fit my standards and had to give it back. However I do honestly recommend it for other purposes tho, it does fit in with daily life but unfortunately not office life☹️ I did end up returning the item but I’ll be back as soon as I get my house done.(** Highly SATISFIED with the service as well!!)

One of the swivel caster legs was rusty in side couldn't assemble the unit, the item was bumped round the side of the house the shipping box was open at on end, when we got in our home and open it fully the we're several large moths inside no doubt the had laid there eggs in the fabric All so the delivery company rodel refused to ship it back to bu-zone I paid £19 59 postage sent them copy of receipt to claim it back which has not been returned to which iam still claiming and I ask for you assistance in the matter to refund the return postage thank you Peter Greenaway.

I bought this for my study as a place to chill out and read. I have it in the lounging position with the headrest half tilted up and the bottom half laid flat. If you want to lay it flat then you need to unzip underneath of the head section and pull out the foldable legs to support the head section. It folds away very quickly which gives me lots of room in my study too.I haven’t slept in this yet. It would be too hard to sleep on without a mattress topper.This is honestly the best thing I have ever bought from Amazon. I absolutely love it!!!The only complaint I have is about Yodel who delivered it. They left it outside my elderly neighbours house in the pouring rain. The box was soaked. Luckily the chair was wrapped in protective waterproof foam sleeve so it was dry and safe.

We have the chair sitting in the corner of a boxroom/study where it looks nice as a chair. It quickly unfolds to provide a decent single bed.

After 3 weeks all I can say is that it is bad made and imposible to sit on......We did plan to use this 2 chairs as a small corner sofa in this small space under the stairs....as a sofa is not great as it is very low and maby a bit to thin....but as chair it works realy nice and very confortable. It will be ideal if the legs would rise a bit...AFTER A WEEK I NEED TO TELL YOU A BIT MORE AS I HAVE CHANGED MY OPINION ON THIS PRODUCT.....AS A SOFA IT IS VERY UNCONFORTABLE, VERY UNCONFORTABLE.... YOU CAN FEEL THE BARS WHEN YOU SIT ON IT...IT JUST HURTS YOUR LEGS AND BACK.... AS A CHAIR IT IS MUCH BETER TO SIT ON IT BUT THE HANDELS AR WAY TO LOW AND YOU HAVE NO SUPORT FOR ARMS....AS WELL, WHEN YOU SIT AND WHEN YOU GET UP THE SPRINGS INSIDE, I THINK, OR SOME METAL PARTS, MAKE A LOT OF NOISE...WHEN YOU GET UP YOU CAN HERE THE NOISE IVEN AFTER 30 SECONDS.THE ONLY GOOD PART IS THAT THE IDEEA OF HAVING THIS TIPE OF FOLDING CHAIR, FOR OUR SMALL SPACE, IS A GOOD IDEEA..... maby it will be beter to buy a difrent expencive brand...
