Star Wars Deluxe Lightsaber

Arrived very safely. Very well packaged It reminds me of the Star Wars movie. I really love the bright hot red color of the Star Wars sward.

I ordered this for my Star Wars loving son. It was his 8th birthday recently and he's been eyeing these sweet light sabers for awhile now. He really wanted one at Christmas time but there was no way I was spending nearly $60 on a plastic light up toy. I was pleasantly try surprised that the post holiday price is much more reasonable and about half of what they wanted during Christmas. I scooped one up to surprise him on his bday. He loved it!! Best gift of the year he said and that earned me best mom status according to him. He loves that he can hook it up to another light saber he has that doesn't light up. He also likes the smaller little light saber that came with it that attaches.The one thing I didn't like as a mom is that the piece that is smaller that attaches does not light up at all. We tried numerous things but alas it just doesn't seem to light up.I would hands down purchase this again!

Very cool. My 4 year old loves it. A bit loud. The loud and louder volume settings seem virtually the same. Nice bright light, and easy telescoping sword. It's super fun because you can connect other pieces to it, and it comes with a little dagger that can attach to the connector. Attaching it does not light up the dagger since the dagger doesn't light up on it's own, which was a slight bummer. Apparently you can mix and match many other star wars pieces via the connector - but just be aware which pieces light up if you want that effect.

After not really liking Kylo Ren in the force awakens... Moody Goth Kid that killed my childhood hero. I didn't want anything to do with these light sabers. I mean I am not Goth and would never try to hurt a man with a blaster that takes a shot from a funny looking green goblin that shot first and still gets his man while shooting under the table. But my kids were begging me to get them. Dad they are double edged coming out from the sides. They saved and saved their own money and finally bought them. They seem decent quality for a piece of plastic that Disney is backing the it's a small world boat up to make loads of money on, but it is officially licensed, right. Good light saber for the price. Has yet to fall apart with my kids whacking each other with it.

The Star Wars The Force Awakens Kylo Ren Deluxe Bladebuilders Light saber is worth every penny. I was skeptical at first to purchase a "sword" that expensive, but this toy has given my son hours of imaginative play. The pieces come apart and can be put back in different arrangements. Its like a building toy and a light saber all in one. The saber lights up brightly and makes cool light saber sounds when used. It has an on/off switch so you can also disable the sound! The different pieces can move around with a simple twist and lock/unlock motion. Buying additional bladebuilders makes this toy even more fun. I absolutely love the creative play it encourages with my son. He's really using his brain/imagination when playing to design unique light sabers. I HIGHLY recommend this toy for any star wars fan!! two thumbs up!

Great sound effects! My 4 yr old can't get enough. It extends with a wrist flick and goes back in if you push the end. Sound effects change as you "fight" with it. We love the lights and that the extra part can be used as a separate dagger or as an add-on to the big light saber. It has been everywhere with us for the first few days we have had it, just for fun. Seems sturdy and love that it comes with batteries installed. Fun to play with in the light or dark. Want to get another with the lights and sounds in a different color!

My 13 year old godson liked this a lot, but said it was not accurate to the movie. I was impressed by the brightness of all three red parts when they light up, and the cool swishing saber noise. It comes with temporary, short lasting batteries that may be almost out of juice, so don't think it is a lame toy that has faint light and sound. This happened with the first one I bought. When we put in good batteries it worked well. I'll be buying a third for my nephew!

It has held up pretty well considering every 6-7-8 year old boy on the playground has battled with it against Luke Skywalker. We have it now for 4 days. Not sure the lightsaber will withstand a hard blow against the wall but thats not nice play anyway. It came with batteries included but batteries are easily replaceble. Light and sound are pretty cool and are visible / audible. Kids love it and my son is the most popular boy on the playground. It is compatible with other lightsabers from same maker.
