Not at first
These type of products are really hit or miss. They are packaged and priced similarly and promise the same results, but very few actually work, especially the first few doses. This one didn't do anything at all the first couple of times I used it. I initially gave a poor review, but I kept trying to use it up and now I find that it works well only when I take it before bed. In the morning I'm raging to go and today I crossed the finish line three times. Not bad for someone in their sixties. It does give me a slight headache for a day and one capsule certainly doesn't last for more than 24 hours, but I appreciate that my bulge looks fuller for a couple of days. Don't give up, it may take you a few tries for junior to wake up and join the fun.
