Well, it's only the second day when I use them. So it's early to say if they will help. I really hope and will come back to review it later when I see any changes. Normal capsules. I don't care how it tastes cos I bought them not to chew but to swallow 😂 Anyway, they have specific taste but not too strong. Also, the capsule is in your mouth only for a second so it's fine. My face became very dry and I really hope that they will help 🙏 cos these capsules have lots of necessary components needed for the skin.

I am happy that i chose this company, they were delivered on time and with care, i have been taking them now just over a week, i am just taking both at the same time with a big glass of water, i am noticing that my joints in my knees seem to have slightly improved, i have to say that i'm quite surprised as to how these seem to be already taking effect, so from me it has to be 5 stars, the tablet sizes are large but because they are in capsule form i find them really easy to swallow. I will be buying them again and i am optimistic about much more improvement in the coming months, i highly recommend these and they are at a great price too.

Like all supplements it takes time to work... I always allow a few months until I get results. This tablet is easy to swallow..like all TDN products it's got no hidden nasties. I've been on it a few weeks and I'm starting to feel my muscles and joints are improving..good price for 90 capsules

I've been using marine collagen for approx 1yr I have osteoarthritis and need both knees replaced but for reasons can't have the operationI can't say for certain this product is doing as it says but I'm not taking any chances and stopping itI can say for certain is it has definitely helped my hair and nails to grow better and stronger so for me it is a 5 star 🌟 product

These marine collagen supplements come in easy-to-swallow capsule form which could be opened to extract the powder if necessary.I've been taking these for a year now and the difference they make to your skin is amazing. They create a soft, dewy complexion with a beautiful sheen. I'm super pale and first noticed the difference one day when looking at my legs, as my skin suddenly looked 'pearly'. I actually started taking these for my ligaments and connective tissue as unfortunately, going through menopause can affect these structures, causing them to soften and lose elasticity. As I can't actually see what's going on inside of me, I can't comment on their effectiveness on that level but the effect they've had on my skin health has been dramatic and is a highly welcome bonus.I'd definitely recommend these supplements to anyone seeking a fresher, softer complexion. I wish I read Beth W’s review before buying. I know that I can get acne from bovine sourced collagen supplements. So I tend to buy marine derived collagen.I have been puzzled for months since buying this product as to why I’ve been getting acne on my cheeks. I took different measures E.g upped my skin care regime, watching my diet, managing stress. But it never stopped.As soon as one spot disappeared, another one would appear. Big sore spots along with congested skin.I decided to stop taking them, and my skin cleared up.So I’m not convinced these are from a marine source, although the internet also says that sulphites in collagen supplements can cause skin congestion and acne. Either way, I’m not buying these again!
