I have previously used a different brand epilator.. which was great. This one has certain drawbacks-1. Breaks off the hair rather than uprooting it. Even small hairs.. even caused ingrowns in my case. So yea2. The light is kinda blinding3. Is very loud.My previous epilator easily took out the hair from root .. so this new one has been disappointing
