Excellent Product
I almost didn't buy this product because of some of the reviews but I'm glad I did.It makes excellent waffles. Don't overfill the plate though.It can take on a regular sized bread and medium stuffing while grilling or making a sandwich.The instruction manual says that you should turn on the device without any food in it for at least three times at full cook time before actually cooking food in it. So, at first when you turn it on smells of burnt rubber and smokes out but according to the user manual, this is normal. I followed the instructions and everything went well.It's easy to clean and doesn't stick.It's great value for money. I love it!

Not a good product.
Zero satisfaction.It may be the issue only with the piece i bought, may not be a general issue of the product.It takes nearly around 8 min.s to toast two breads.Power indicator & temperature indicator is opposite to what's described in manual.Lid lock is not properly locking, need to press gently to one side.
