This item arrived as advertised, well packaged. Cables easily connecting to the power unit and charged within 3 hours as advertised. Now sits neatly under the chair, no exposed cables and works efficiently. The unit is not to big so well hidden.

It was a great solution for my my recliner chairs and sofas. No need for wires in the room and if you charge the battery fully it can last for ages. Go for it

Easy to fit to my recliner and works perfectly, so in general I am very pleased. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 due to the following minor points:The included bracket is flimsy and does not mount the battery solidly to the chair frame, but it is good enough for my usage.Time will tell how well the battery lasts/holds charge for, but it's certainly good while new.The included charging cable is a bit too short to easily reach my wall socket without having to remove the battery from the chair, so I've separately purchased a longer mains cable as well for added convenience.

I actually sent this back as my new sofa came with chargers so just needed the battery. Brilliant product though if you haven't got a charger. Prompt delivery and easy return

The battery pack charges but only lasts a maximum of 6/7 days even without use. An you please advise asap

We hadn't a clue how to set them up ,but literally it's so simple charge up plug in and it's doneThey have lasted about 2 weeks on 1 charge which is fine,no cords or wires now ,we are very happy with them

This battery was bought to power a two person recliner sofa and worked well at first. It lasted for weeks on a single charge with minimal use. After the third or fourth charge it would no longer retain any charge. The charging light failed to light.Batteries appear to be generally excluded from Amazon returns and there is no warranty repair option listed against my order from six months ago. Most purchasers seem delighted with their Staigo battery. I was unfortunate. I see that a 2 warranty can be bought for under £7 and would have been worth getting for an item like this which has limited support and warranty options.
