I bought these for my carnivore plant which need constant moist soil, and these pots keep them wet at all times. Easy to put water in the bottom and it wicks up through the soil

My plants are doing great on the window sill in these pots. I would purchase again if I had more window sills facing the sunshine - but alas I do not. I love the self watering aspect. I did not fill up the water containing outer portion (beige part) as it is winter and I did not want the water to have any bacteria or algae to grow. In the warmer months I can see where filling it would be a plus as the containers would dry out so much faster.

I really like these planters. They are smaller than I expected but perfect for an idea I had. Grand kids are grown so we partially dismantled their play fort but left the platforms and monkey bars. These planters are now attached to the wooden monkey bars boasting beautiful flower vines. I would buy them again!

It is perfect to grow small plants and they look great. They are strong enough and yet light weight. Love the colors. Love it for indoor plants.

This is the perfect planter for my kitchen because the sill is only 3.5 inches wide.These are about 3 inches on bottom and 4 inches on top, but it still works in my situation.One thing to be aware of, is that these keep the plants fairly wet. So choose the plants you plant in them wisely.Like my basil loves it, but the snake plant didn’t, and had to be moved to a pot that dries better.Another thing to be aware of, is that because this is so effective at keeping the soil wet, I got fungus gnats pretty quickly, so I highly recommend getting a layer of sand or similar for the top, to help dry it out.Otherwise the pots are really nice and just as described. But since they are plastic and not Terra cotta, they are not good for plants that want a well drained environment. So choose your plants wisely.

The media could not be loaded. These are great! Very neat looking and the quality is really nice. The clear panel to see the water level is a great feature, takes the guesswork out of watering. I can’t wait until all are filled and hopefully thriving with herbs throughout the fall and winter

I absolutely adore the size of these planters! They’re just the right fit for my windows. They’re well-made and look absolutely stunning. And the best part? They’re a great value for the price. Now, I do have one small complaint. The wicks that were supposed to make them self-watering were a bit of a letdown. They tend to overwater, which can lead to seed and root rot. I’ve since switched to using them as regular planters, and they work just fine for me. I water from the top and don’t keep the bottom filled up. Despite this minor setback, I’d still buy these planters again. They’re so cute and functional as regular planters.
