I love hot food and cook alot with Scoth Bonnet chillies. My big challenge has been finding fresh scoth bonnets (as most I find are aged) my other challenge was getting a fair price for the quantity I'm buying.Having bought this for the first time, the flavour is superb and hot! What I really like is the quantity you get and the variety of ways you can use it. No chopping up required, all you need is a tea spoon to serve up as much as you need and you can use it directly the same way actual fresh peppers, be it with your cooking or directly onto your food at an appropriate amount. And I keep the jar in the fridge from the point of it's first use.Be warned to try a small amount so you can determine how much you need to use each time based on it's heat and your tolerance level.I think it's incredible value and is just as good, if not better that hunting for fresh peppers at a good price. My best advise to anyone is to try this product at least once, you will not regret it.

Tastes exactly the same as when using a whole scotch bonnet chilli; fresh, vibrant, hot, with that unique sweet taste. But so much more convenient - way easier to judge how much to use. I love it!

Maybe I have developed a high tolerance to chilli’s but I used half the jar in a curry for 2 people. It wasn’t that spicy. Would be expensive if I had to use the whole jar each time. Overall I get more heat from using shop brand cayenne pepper powder. However, made a tasty curry and some heat/spice could be noted.

Your taste buds will be doing the Macarena, and your sinuses will be singing a chorus of "Fireball."Now, let's talk flavour. There's a fruity sweetness lurking beneath the volcanic eruption, but finding it is like trying to find a unicorn in a sea of fire-breathing dragons. It's there, but good luck finding it.If like me you have a death wish and are into pain and suffering, this sauce is your new best friend. It's like a spicy version of Russian roulette, but instead of a bullet, you ALWAYS get a face full of fire.If you're looking for a subtle hint of heat, go buy a bell pepper. And if you're a normal human being, just walk away.

Pot is ridiculously small, just about fit a teaspoon in it. Used half a teaspoon in my beans, there was a little bit of heat, nothing special. This won't last 4 meals if I use a whole spoon. Definitely not worth £8. Only managed to get 3 and a half teaspoons out of this, more like 20ml of sauce inside. I think 41ml is including the jar.

Added 1/3 of teaspoon to a supermarket madras much better, glad i didnt go in as i was with a full teaspoon

I love this, excellent taste and nice heat. The extreme version is my favorite and it’s not stupidly hot however everyone is different so take care at the start. I’ve found a 7:1 mix with mayo makes a super dipping sauce for wings, chips eat. A teaspoon neat in a panini or a medium pizza base is a super hot treat. My only complaint is the jar size it runs out too quickly for me but I am addicted. This is my favorite sauce of all time, nothing yet has matched the combination of heat and flavor. Give it a go 👍

Has a potent smell but temperature wise gives off a great heat. Definitely giftable for those seeking spicy goodness.
