Mine didn't come vacuum sealed, so I'm assuming I got a set that someone had returned. They are nice aesthetically speaking. They are made of a nice leather material that seems to be durable. But... the leather that they wrap it with is so thick that it makes the pillow really firm. I was expecting it to be a little softer and maybe form to your neck, something you could slightly sink into. That doesn't mean it's a bad buy though, especially if you like the pillow to be more on the firm side. I bought this after driving 5 hours and getting neck pain from the drive. I have a cadillac ct5 v and although the seats are comfortable, the head rest leans forward so far that there's a huge gap where the neck is. The pillow definitely fills that space which is awesome. I was worried it would be too small but it ended up fitting nicely. The pillow has two straps that are attached to it and they are adjustable, it also comes with two additional straps that can be used to help secure the pillow even more if needed. Even though the pillow isn't very comfortable to my standards, after driving 5 hours home, I didn't have any neck or shoulder pain. So the pillow does work. It definitely takes a lot of trial and error to find that right spot that works for you, so definitely don't have the expectation that right out of the package it will work for you right away. I almost returned the product because it wasn't perfect immediately, but I'm glad I didn't. The only thing I regretted was buying two. Because both passengers who used the pillow immediately didn't have the patience for the pillow and requested to remove it. The only perk to having the second one is because it looks a little weird with only one installed, so be prepared to remove it for your passengers who dont regularly ride in your car. Speaking of installation it was pretty simple and straightforward to attach to the headrest, but again it takes a lot of adjusting to get used to it, including adjusting how you would normally have your seat positioned. I've found that as a driver it's best to lean your seat forward alot and to not use lumbar support on your seats when using the neck pillow. As a passenger lean the seat back further than you normally would and use the lumbar support if your seats have that option. Driving around town it's not very practical because it takes awhile to get used to the firmness of the pillow, but it definitely helps for longer trips. A part of me wants to knock a star off for the fact it's not very comfortable, but I'm not because it worked, prevented the neck pain, plus it looks really nice and it's made of good quality durable materials and it's still reasonably priced. Oh and lastly, I live in desert weather, the pillow never felt hot, even when parking my car directly in the sun for extended periods of time or even when on a long drive, so that's another thumbs up for me.

Very comfortable and stylish pillows. I’m a shorter person there for the headrest in vehicles usually does not provide the support I need. Having these in my vehicle provide support for my neck. And match my seats perfectly I have tried other pillows of these by Farr are the best. I have an SUV Cadillac. They work great for this vehicle.

Love that they matched my seats perfectly. They were simple to install. The support for my neck is awesome. They are soft and very comfortable. I'm short and the headrests that come with the car put stress on my neck, but I should also mention that now I have the space to wear a pony tail hairstyle without it smashing against the headrest, this is so much better! Highly recommend!

The headrests arrived very quickly and included the headrest pillows with their attached straps, along with four extenders, a nice touch. The original headrests in my '67 Pontiac GTO look good but are completely ineffective as they are too far back behind my head/neck. These headrest pillows fit in front of the original headrests, and they are comfortable and appear to make the original headrests functional. The pillows look good and appear to be of high-quality perforated leather.

buying them for the car was my best decision, I like that they are of such a size and I am very comfortable with them when I am driving for a long time. I especially liked that they came in a case in which you can store them if you need to take them off and put them away

For me this just doesn't support the back of the neck well unless you lay your head back some which would put you in an uncomfortable position for driving. Unless you have a really fat or large neck this really doesn't hit the spot on the back of the neck for me. They look very nicely made and feel very nice. I think if they could put a bit more firm foam towards the middle of the pillow and shape it in a triangle position they'd have a real winner with this pillow. Anyhow I kept mine and will probably my add some extra foam myself or just use it as an extra pillow for my recliner chair.
